Rule 250 the classes of labour provided by the existing

Rule 285 have been divided into five instead of three classes

in order to give better effect to the system of progressive

stages of labour; provision has also been made for the introduction

of Pingo Labour and for such other labour as the Governor

may from time to time approve.
